2. Hosting and server log files
This website runs on our own server (a vServer). Every time you visit, the web server automatically collects information your browser transmits in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system. This data is used to technically operate and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in operational security) and is automatically deleted after 14 days.
3. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR (processing your request / legitimate interest in communicating with website visitors). The data is sent to us by email and stored only for as long as necessary to process your inquiry.
4. Cookies, anonymous pageview counter, and local storage
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools that identify individual visitors. Each page load increments a single anonymous daily counter (a plain number of pageviews per day) so we can see how much interest the site gets — no IP address, cookie, or other identifier is stored or transmitted, and individual visits or visitors can not be distinguished from this data. The background music player stores a single functional preference (whether you muted the player) in your browser’s local storage, purely so your choice persists between visits — this stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and contains no personal data.

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption (recognizable by “https://” and the lock icon in your browser).
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectify (Art. 16 GDPR), erase (Art. 17 GDPR), restrict processing of (Art. 18 GDPR), receive a copy of (Art. 20 GDPR), and object to (Art. 21 GDPR) your personal data.
